Working mothers who suffer from stress by juggling office deadlines, child care as well as housework are likely to be highly surprised to find out that they are the most healthy amongst women . They apparently are also in better shape, in contrast to homemakers who have a higher possibility of obesity and failing health, so a recent study has discovered.
Researchers studies 1,200 women aged 26 to 54. They discovered that nearly 40% of long-term homemakers are obese in their 50s in contrast to 23% of women who juggle roles of mother, lover and employee.
Dr Anne McMunn, University College London, led the study which shows that women can have it all.
It would clearly appear that women who do everything, combine work, marriage and children have better health. It is of course extremely stressful at times yet, overall, such women remain the healthiest.
