Cancer Relates Closely to Fats

Fri, 21 Jul 2006

We consume an enormous amount of fat in our diet, about 40 to 50% of our entire day's calories are fat.

We also eat a lot of high fat animal derived foods which are closely correlated to cancer .

Much research has gone to demonstrate that men and women who consume cheese and butter products three or more times a week are thrice as likly to get breast cancer or prostate cancer as those who eat such high-fat animal foods rarely or not at all.

Your body needs fat so it makes sense to eat the fats that are good for our body.

Such fats include fats and oils from beans, legumes and vegetables as well as nut and seed sources.

So it makes sense to look after our bodies and not just feed it with the high fat animal derived foods that we do that are potentially dangerous for us.
