The Australian celebrity confirmed that they plan to marry after their charity bash in New York . She actually refered to him as her boyfriend .
Nicole broke the latest news after she hosted the charity event for the United Nations Development Fund for Women .
She has put paid to several months of speculation as to whether the couple are to get married.
Nicole has two adopted children with Tom Cruise . It was reported that she had ended their relationship in January as she was concerned that Keith, an ex crack cocaine addict and alcoholic, with a reputation for womanising, would not change his ways.
Christmas was spent by the couple at the Keith's £2.5million Nashville estate . So it would appear that their marriage plans are back on track.
